Who We Are
The Hive: A community Center for Individuals with Disabilities, is a registered 501 (c)(3) based in the Phoenix area. We focus on providing young adults with disabilities opportunities for employment in the community and at our facility. We strive to create a community of acceptance and show off the amazing abilities that each of our clients has to offer. read more
The Process
When we accept a new client, we begin an interview process to better understand exactly where the client's strengths and weaknesses fall.
The Hive staff members get to know the client and their passions. Clients discuss their career interests with staff and work together to develop a job path based on their answers and evaluations of work assignments within the Hive facility.
